These cockpit locker covers were actually made for a Columbia 34 Mk II. The sides are solid teak. The tops are made from 1/2" MDO plywood with a layer of 1/4" teak plywood epoxied on. 1/4" wide grooves were routed in the top and then filled with black epoxy.
